Himerria Rozaa Wortham is a seasoned storyteller whose works span the fields of dance, experimental film, photography, and visual anthropology. Often blending and intersecting the disciplines in her artistic work, the Los Angeles-based artist explores themes of embodiment and the convergence of culture and identity. Wortham’s interdisciplinary works are both deeply personal and universal in their appeal and at many times experimental. Her work also involves elements of collaboration and community engagement.
